Requisitos: - Llamar a la oficina para una entrevista con el sacerdote - Llevar certificado de nacimiento del niño o niña - Curso para padres y padrinos (en general): 3er Sábado del mes 9:00 a.m. (en inglés). 4º Sábado del mes 9:00 a.m. (en español). - Celebración del Bautismo (en general): 3er Domingo del mes 3:00 p.m. (en inglés). 4º Domingo del mes 3:00 p.m. (en español). Para el bautismo "infantil" (menores de 7 años): al menos un padre/tutor legal tiene que dar su consentimiento y debe haber una esperanza fundada de que el niño sea criado en la religión católica. El padre o tutor, así como los padrinos deben ser instruidos adecuadamente sobre el significado del sacramento y las obligaciones involucradas. Padrinos En la medida de lo posible, una persona que debe ser bautizada se le debe dar un padrino, aunque no es necesario para la validez del sacramento. Los padrinos apoyan a los bautizados para llevar una vida cristiana para cumplir fielmente las obligaciones inherentes al sacramento. Puede haber un Padrino, un Madrina o uno de cada uno. En consecuencia, si hay dos padrinos, uno debe ser hombre y la otra mujer. Debe ser mayor de 16 años con todos los sacramentos de iniciación recibidos (Bautismo, Primera Comunión y Confirmación) y no tener impedimento eclesiástico (por ejemplo: Un católico casado solamente por lo civil) IMPORTANTE Bautizos ahora estarán restringidos en la iglesia.
